run businesses before, Rizwan brings a high level of
multi-disciplinary expertise to Advocate. He also speaks and
understands a number of languages, including Urdu, Hindi and Arabic. |

Harinniya Mawilmada –

Harinniya has
recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training at
the College of Law, and has been admitted as a Solicitor. Her focus
during her law studies was on International Law particularly Human
Rights Law and Environmental Law. She has recently completed a Masters degree in Development Studies at Sydney University.
Harinniya has volunteered at many human rights organizations
including Amnesty International, Australia for United Nations High
Commission for Refugees and the Australian Red Cross, and currently
volunteers at the Ministerial Intervention Legal Clinic run by the
Refugee Advice + Casework Service.
As an international student who has gone through the
migration process she understands the importance of good advice in
migration matters. She also speaks and understands Sinhala
fluently, and is a huge supporter of the Sydney Swans! |

Michael Terry-Whitall -

Michael is currently
enrolled in an Arts/Law degree at Wollongong University. His parents are
of Irish descent, and his brother-in-law is Russian and so he has an
appreciation of the immigration process on a personal level.
Prior to enrolling in his
Law degree, Michael played waterpolo at a competitive level. He
was a member of the Australian under-17s side which toured Eastern
Europe and Italy. He enjoys sports and travelling, and hopes to
see more of the world in the near future, as he is fascinated by other
cultures.
